It is the westernmost point of South America. This means that the place is closer to the "other
Side of the World "(Asia, Oceania)
It is named for the way the waves break on the rocks. Lots and lots of foam form
fog giving the impression of being a big bowl of chocolate :).
One of the attractions is to see the seal colony that descanzan there (on the beach at Sea
Bravo).
Also in place is a nice lighthouse.

Go to the naval base at Salinas (south beach Chipipe. Enter and follow the signs. The schedule entry is before 17 pm. They must submit document or passport and there let the officer because it is a military zone.
You can walk but there is plenty of sunshine travel can be tiring. In Taxi you can do a mini tour: many taxi drivers charge between $ 6 and $ 9 to go to the beaches and the chocolate sectors and wait about 30 minutes for one to take pictures.
